Have you ever tried to follow a diet program and found yourself completely overwhelmed with shopping and preparing healthy meals for you and your family? Although all of our meals are wholesome, these meals are designed for those who are watching their waist lines and are too busy to think about how to cook low calorie, low fat meals for themselves and their families.

Our Club Fit Menu is a fit-friendly menu that focuses on the healthiest selections from our delicious, nutritious and family-friendly meals.  Meals are available to serve 4-6 or in our half-size portions that serve 2-3.  These dishes are all low in calorie and fat and high in protein.  This menu is in addition to our current months menu and is designed to simplify your life even more.

We make all these meals for you.  All you have to do is place your order online and pick them up during the scheduled time.  Many of them are available on the current month's menu as well.

Lemon Rosemary Grilled Chicken
This new chicken dish is a great addition to our summer menu.  Our tender boneless skinless chicken breasts marinate in a Dijon, lemon-infused marinade.  Chicken is then grilled and bathed in a homemade fresh herb butter which makes it tender and loaded with flavor.  Comes with a side of rice pilaf with orzo.  Add a side of our Green Beans Almondine (purchase separately).  Servings:6, Calories:223, Fat:9.5, Protein:33, Carbs:2, Fiber:0, Chol:103

Pan-Seared Tilapia with Chile-Lime Butter
Your sauté pan never had it so good! Tender Tilapia filets are pan-seared and then topped with a savory Chile-lime butter. Serve with seasoned rice provided. This one is a customer favorite! Can be prepared from frozen. Servings with Rice: 6, Calories: 315 Fat: 13 Protein: 21 Carbs: 26 Sodium: 325

Asian Bourbon Chicken
A fresh take on one of your favorite Chinese carry-out dishes! Chunks of white chicken and broccoli are sautéed in a sweet and savory sauce accented with flavors of fresh ginger, soy sauce and garlic. Serve over white or brown rice provided. Grilled Sonoma Glazed Pork Tenderloin
Pork tenderloin marinates in a sweet and savory sauce of apple juice, brown mustard, brown sugar and soy sauce. Grills up quick and comes with a side of broccoli. Shanghai Grilled London Broil
This fabulous London Broil is a huge hit with grill lovers! Our tender cut of beef soaks in an Asian-inspired marinade which includes hints of hoisin sauce, fresh ginger, garlic, green onion, honey, sesame, and so much more. A real hit with friends and family. We love this with a side of our Roasted Baby Bakers and Sesame Roasted Asparagus (purchase separately). This dish serves 4 to 5 adults. One per customer please. Asian Style Turkey Burgers
Our lean ground turkey is seasoned with the wonderful flavors of soy sauce, fresh cilantro and green onion, and more. These are great on the grill for any day of the week. Greek Isle Pasta

Chicken Fajitas
This dish is perfect for any fiesta! A flavorful sauce is combined with all-white chicken and sautéed with green peppers and onion. Mediterranean Shrimp and Linguini
