Special Private Party Promotion!

The Dinner Club is the perfect place to host your next party or get-together.

Host a party with 8 or more of your friends and you (the host) will receive 30% off your meals! Host a party with 6 friends and you will receive 20% off your order. Plus, each guest ordering a meal package will receive a $20 gift certificate off their next order! To receive this special discount and offer, parties must be booked for June by the end of May (party must be scheduled to take place by June 29th 2019 for this promo). Please mention this promo when setting up party. To host a party, you must have the minimum number of people, ordering at least 8 meals each. As the host, you will receive the above discount off your order of 8 or 12 meals.

Fundraisers are another great way to get together with friends and raise money for a good cause. Select your school, band, church or other organization and The Dinner Club will donate 5% of the total sales from your group session (minimum 6 orders). Plus, we will also give each person who orders a meal package a $10 gift certificate off their next order. Discounted or promotional orders do not apply to fundraisers. Please contact us via email or by calling The Dinner Club to book your party. Availability is limited.

To host a private party, you must have a minimum of 10 to 12 people, ordering at least 8 meals each. Each guest selects and pays for their own meals. Here is what you need to know about planning a private party or fundraiser with us:

  • Call or email us to book a private party. Please have several dates available that work for your group. We recommend booking a month in advance. Parties must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance.
  • We will provide you with a party password, which your guests will need to sign up for the party online.
  • As the Party Host, you will log into the Party Manager to create an email list of your party guests. You can then send guests an email invitation to notify them of the date, time and password for your party. We also recommend sending reminders and invites from your private email account to make sure the email coming from our website is not lost in their Spam account. Several reminder emails to your guests are recommended.
  • After receiving the email invitation, party participants can then go to your party session and choose from that month's selection of delicious and healthy meals. They will use the party password provided when selecting the party. If preferred, any participant can call the appropriate store to reserve a spot. Please note: the party password is just to get past the calendar. Each guest will need to register and login with their own personal account to make their reservation. Each guest will receive an order confirmation with the meals they selected.
  • As the party host, you can see who has RSVP'd to your party in the Party Manager. Please note, in order to see who has RSVP'd, each guest would need to have used the same email address you entered into the Party Manager. You can also get updates on who has signed up by calling or emailing our store.
  • If your party does not have at least 10 reservations signed up for an 8 or 12 meal package 7 days prior to your date we will open the session up to the public to fill the remaining spots.
  • We provide one appetizer and fresh baked cookies for our evening groups. Feel free to bring additional food if you desire.
  • Wine and beer can be purchased during your party. We are not a BYOB business. No outside alcohol is allowed.

NEW Flexible Sessions!

The Dinner Club now offers Flexible Sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays. No reservation required! Come in between the hours of 12PM and 6PM and make up to 4 dinners of your choice to use that week or in the weeks ahead. Pick any meal from the current month menu (while supplies last). Each full-size dinner, which serves 4-6 people each, costs $27.99. You also have the option to split most of our dinners in half so that you get two dinners that serve 2-3 people each ($1 per meal split fee). This new option is a great opportunity to make 1 to 4 home-made dinners for your family. Come alone or with a friend - no reservation required!

Plus, simply by joining our VIP Text List, you will receive a special promotion for $10 off your next meal package purchase of 8 or more meals or $5 off a purchase of $50 or more. Simply text "dinner time" to 31996.

One discount per person. This discount can only be used once and expires after 30 days. Must present text message when you come to the store. Discount cannot be used online however discount will be honored when you show text at the store. For prepaid orders, store credit will be given. No refunds. Normal text message rates apply. Delivery Zones and Pricing*

We currently offer delivery within a 20 mile radius of our store. Our base rate of $25 covers 20 miles and below. Additional costs will be collected separately if the delivery location is outside the 20 mile radius as our website is not able to calculate additional costs at this time. For delivery options outside 20 miles, please call the store.

Kids in the Kitchen

We have had many requests from parents to bring their kids in to prepare meals with them. We are happy to announce we are now offering one Kids in the Kitchen session each month. These sessions are created so kids 8 years and older can attend a session with their parent and help in making their meals. Sessions are offered one Saturday a month and reservations can be made on our website or by calling our store. We also offer special events for Girl Scout Troops and Birthdays. Click here for more information. This is a great way to get your kids interested in cooking and what's for dinner! Space is limited so sign up soon.
