As a customer of The Dinner Club, I agree to the following:

I will always wash my hands with warm, soapy water before preparing and eating food.
I will follow all rules of conduct related to the use of The Dinner Club facilities during my assembling session.
I will utilize a bandana or hair restraint that either myself or The Dinner Club supplies.
I will not attend The Dinner Club if I have, or have been exposed to, any communicable diseases including cold, flu, etc.
I will assume all responsibility for the transportation and proper storage of all the dinners I order at/with The Dinner Club.
I will immediately freeze The Dinner Club meals following the conclusion of my session, or when they have been delivered, at a temperature below 0 degrees F. I will refrigerate all food items to a temperature below 41 degrees F.
When preparing to eat the meal, I will follow the cooking instructions as specified for each meal. I will heat all dinners to the appropriate internal temperature as instructed. All dinners should be heated to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
I will agree to release The Dinner Club from all claims, damages and causes of action or liability which may arise as a result of my preparation, storage and consumption of The Dinner Club meals, except if solely due to the gross negligence of The Dinner Club.
I will not resell The Dinner Club entrees or use them for commercial service.
Terms of Kitchen Sessions and Ordering:

Our minimum order is 8 entrees for 1 attending guest at a standard session. If you would like to split your meals with an attending friend, please notify the store.
The Dinner Club will provide entree containers.
You must bring a cooler or tote to transport food home.
If you are bringing a helper, you must contact the store to confirm there is room in the session.
For your safety, as well as the safety of the little ones, we ask that no one under the age of 12 attend a session.
Appetizers and beverages are provided at no extra charge.
Rescheduling Policy:
We understand certain situations come up which may require you to cancel or reschedule your reservation. Because we place your food order prior to your session, we ask for a minimum 48 hour notification. We would be happy to apply a credit towards a future session or for an additional fee, we can assemble your meals for you to be picked up or delivered. This policy allows The Dinner Club to continue to offer you healthy, nutritious entrees at a reasonable price. Thank you for letting us serve you.
